Tom and Joan Roberts recently moved to Manasota Key from Cooperstown, NY after vacationing here since 2000. They both hold Bachelor of Science degrees in Business Administration from The College of Saint Rose. Tom, a computer programmer / analyst, retired from the New York State Office of Court Administration. Joan retired from a 33 year career as an Operating Room Registered Nurse. They have been married since 1974. Both enjoy, sailing, walking the beach and real estate projects.

Tom and Joan have been active real estate investors since 1995. They have had vacation rental properties and vacant land in recreation areas on Cape Cod, Cooperstown, Lake George NY and on Manasota Key.
